I love grilling. It just so happens that God loves Texas and has blessed us with a nice 66 degree Leap-night. What better way to say thanks than to offer up an offering the scent of which will be pleasing to the Lord.
Steak is on the menu. Some friends coming over. Times will be had.
Depending on the night there may be another food post in the making. There is also the possibility of a picture of me in a state of steak-induced hibernation. We shall see. Either way, I win.
